Nello sviluppo degli standard sono stati utilizzati, ove possibile, metodi gi\u00e0 collaudati ed esistenti. Dove necessario, sono stati aggiunti nuovi elementi. L&#8217;obiettivo \u00e8 sempre stato quello di creare strumenti di facile utilizzo che offrano un valore aggiunto ai settori dell&#8217;edilizia, della pianificazione e dell&#8217;immobiliare.<\/p>\n<p>Gli standard forniscono un concetto generale per l&#8217;edilizia sostenibile in Svizzera. Permettono di integrare in modo equo e completo in un progetto le esigenze della societ\u00e0, dell&#8217;economia e dell&#8217;ambiente. Ci\u00f2 consente di progettare, costruire, gestire e sviluppare ulteriormente edifici, siti e infrastrutture in modo sostenibile. Con l&#8217;SNBS, la sostenibilit\u00e0 di un progetto pu\u00f2 essere valutata sulla base di vari criteri delle tre aree di sostenibilit\u00e0 e di temi trasversali e generali.<\/p>\n<p>Con la certificazione SNBS Building o SNBS Site, i proprietari di edifici possono vedere confermati da un ente indipendente i risultati ottenuti nell&#8217;edilizia sostenibile. L&#8217;organismo di certificazione \u00e8 lieto di sostenerli in questo. Tutti gli standard possono essere utilizzati gratuitamente insieme agli strumenti di lavoro. La certificazione \u00e8 a pagamento.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;NNBS sviluppa e mantiene lo standard Costruzione sostenibile Svizzera. Gli standard consentono di tenere conto in modo equo e completo delle esigenze della societ\u00e0, dell&#8217;economia e dell&#8217;ambiente in un progetto.
